AWAKE YOGA

Balance your life

Finding balance for health and wellbeing with Natasha Gunn

At Awake Yoga, we support women navigate transitions in life to reconnect with themselves and find balance on a physical, mental, and emotional level.

Are you….

Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in areas of your life?
Out of shape and looking for sustainable practices to help?
Recovering from injury and the impact it has on your life?
Finding it a challenge to integrate insights into your daily life?

Would you like…

to improve your focus?
to revitalize your creativity and redefine your direction?
tools to help you reduce anxiety, and depression?
simple and accessible ways to improve your fitness?
cost-effective support as you move through major transitions?

I am a Yoga Therapist based in the Netherlands. I share practices, tips, and the latest scientific research, to help women in transition find balance on a physical, mental, and emotional level via online offerings, workshops, 1-on-1 sessions, group classes and Women’s circles. Studio sessions are in Eindhoven. Home visits, in Eindhoven, Amsterdam and the surrounding area can be planned.

Like learning a new language, finding health and well-being in body and mind is a process. Knowing what you can do is the first step.

Integrating these steps into your daily life is the key to making it work.

In the same way that no one diet is suitable for everyone, there is no one way to balance your life. Prioritizing what most needs your attention you can take steps to bring yourself into balance. Personal alignment is a dynamic process rather than a static achievement.

The starting point is always now.

“Yoga and movement help me to calm down. I feel quieter, stronger, present. I use a mantra I learned with Natasha to bring joy and lightness to my heart and more positivity to my thoughts. Walking in nature, which was part of my therapy plan, also helps me feel part of something bigger than myself.”

MEET THE FOUNDER

Welcome
I’m Natasha Gunn,

Yoga has helped me find a steady ground within myself and grow in my personal and professional life. I believe we all have a unique path, and have agency over our health and well-being.

My yoga background includes training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Trauma- sensitive yoga, Yin yoga, and Vinyasa Krama. I am a Svastha Yoga Therapist in the Krishnamacharya tradition.

Always a student, currently, I follow an intensive program reflecting on the Yoga Sutras with a group of scholars and healers in South India.
